The Tamiya Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 EVO II 1991 RC Car Kit is a 1/10 scale radio-controlled assembly model, recreating the iconic Mercedes-Benz 190 E that competed in the 1991 German Touring Car Championship (DTM). This works team car, sponsored by König Pilsener, secured second place in the Championship and helped Mercedes-Benz win the Manufacturer’s title.

The kit features a lightweight 1.0mm polycarbonate body capturing the EVO II’s aerodynamic styling, including over fenders, front and rear spoilers, and a large rear wing. Separate ABS parts replicate side mirrors, grille, rear wing, and emblems, adding authenticity to the model.

Built on Tamiya’s TT-02 shaft-driven 4WD chassis, the model delivers superior adaptability, stability, and handling. Silver dish wheels are paired with racing slick tyres, and stickers and masking stickers are included for accurate painting.
