Cryx Necrofactorium Core Expansion unleashes a ravening necrotech force for Warmachine MKIV, designed for mid-sized games and expanding an existing Cryx army. This Core Expansion embodies the Nightmare Empire’s darkest science, combining unrelenting undead swarms, necromantic engineers and corrupted warjacks into a single brutal battlefield force.

At the heart of the force is Master Necrosurgeon Sepsira, a coldly pragmatic warcaster who exists only for surgery and slaughter. Detached from politics and driven by precision, she brings a surgical level of control to the Necrofactorium’s living death engines, overseeing the creation and destruction of its endless thralls.

Supporting her is Grendel, a chthonic necrotech warjack that drags its victims beneath the battlefield, tearing through flesh and terrain alike with brutal saw-blade claws. Alongside it operates the Machine Wraith Dominator, a corrupted machine spirit capable of overwhelming enemy warjack cortex systems with a single touch.

The Necrofactorium’s battlefield control is further reinforced by Skarlock Lieutenants, intelligent necromantic commanders forged through forbidden arcane engineering. They direct the swarm with precision, replacing themselves seamlessly should they fall in battle.

The bulk of the force is formed by Mechanithrall Swarms, relentless undead shock troops that overwhelm enemies through sheer numbers and brutality. Behind them operate the Necrosurgeon Initiates, grotesque battlefield engineers who reconstruct fallen bodies into new thralls, ensuring the army’s endless cycle of reinforcements continues without pause.
