This updated re-release of Tamiya’s classic kit recreates the Nissan Skyline 2000 TURBO GT-E･S, originally released in 1981. Now featuring a new instruction manual, decals, and packaging, this kit brings a beloved 1980s sports sedan back to the modelling bench.

About the Nissan Skyline 2000 Turbo GT-E･S
Launched as part of the sixth-generation Skyline series in August 1981, the GT-E･S was a highly sporty version of Nissan’s iconic sedan. Its neat wedge-shaped body housed a 2.0L inline-6 turbo engine producing 145hp, and it was the first mass-production car to feature driver-adjustable suspension stiffness. With four-wheel independent suspension, disc brakes on all wheels, and stylish details, the GT-E･S delivered sophistication and thrilling performance in equal measure.
