Kings of War Xirkaali Warrior Regiment

The powerful hemicyons of the Xirkaali are among the most formidable warriors to march to war in Kings of War. Towering above their human allies, these lion-like fighters possess tremendous strength and martial discipline, making them the backbone of any Xirkaali battle line.

A typical regiment is formed from heavily armed warriors equipped with massive, razor-sharp swords. Their sheer physical power allows them to wield these weapons with devastating efficiency, cutting through enemy ranks with relentless momentum. These warriors form the bulk of the Xirkaali fighting force and represent the martial pride of their people.

Among them stand the elite Spearwardens, a chosen cadre selected for exceptional courage and discipline. Clad in heavier armour and armed with enormous steel spears, they often serve as the vanguard or defensive anchor of the army. Forged entirely from steel—both shaft and spearhead—their weapons are so heavy that few other races could even lift them, let alone fight with them. For the hemicyons, steel holds deep spiritual significance, and the arming of a Spearwarden carries both martial and religious meaning.
