The oceans conceal many horrors, but few are as feared as the Depth Horrors—massive, nightmarish creatures rising from the darkest trenches of the deep. While surface dwellers are most familiar with the naiads, these humanoid warriors are only a small glimpse of the strange forces that serve the Trident Realms.

When the Trident Realm marches to war, they do so alongside monstrous allies from the seabed. Depth Horrors are among the most terrifying of these ancient beings. Legends speak of regions such as the kingdom of Myrrhimm, where bioluminescent watchtowers stand along the edge of an impossibly deep trench. Their lights pulse with warning whenever trespassers draw near—because within that trench, the Depth Horrors wait, ready to strike without mercy from the inky dark.
