COBI Sherman M4A3E2 Jumbo Brick Kit

Step into history with the COBI Sherman M4A3E2 Jumbo Brick Kit, a meticulously crafted model from the Historical Collection of World War 2. This Cobi brick building kit allows you to recreate the legendary Sherman tank, known for its robust armour and pivotal role during the war. Fully compatible with other brands of construction blocks such as Lego, this kit features clear and intuitive instructions based on illustrations and step-by-step directions, making it suitable for builders aged 9 and above.

The Sherman M4A3E2 Jumbo model measures 19.5 cm (7.7 inches) in length and 9.5 cm (3.7 inches) in width, consisting of 720 high-quality bricks. This set includes two figures, adding a dynamic element to your display. The Sherman M4A3E2 "Jumbo" was a short series of well-armoured tanks, with only 254 units produced. Armed with a 75mm gun mounted on a modified M62 mount, the Jumbo variant, known as "Cobra King," was later equipped with a 76mm gun and a coaxial machine gun.

This tank gained fame during the German offensive in the winter of 1944 in the Ardennes, being the first to break through German lines and reach the surrounded 101st Airborne Division in Bastogne. To commemorate this heroic event, the tank's crew painted special graffiti, which has been accurately reproduced by COBI using pad-printing techniques.

The kit offers an engaging building experience with impressive functionalities, including moving wheels and working tracks, opening hatches, access to a brick-built engine, a movable turret, and a barrel. This attention to detail ensures a visually stunning model that stands out in any collection.

Whether you are a passionate model builder or a history enthusiast, the COBI Sherman M4A3E2 Jumbo Brick Kit is an excellent addition to your collection. Order now to experience the joy of building with COBI and honour the legacy of the Sherman tank in World War II.
