Chancellor Blue acrylic paint by Green Stuff World from their Acrylic Colour range s a deep, muted blue that works wonderfully as a base layer for rich blues and metalics. This water based opaque paint has a smooth matt finish and is suitable for both airbrush and paintbrush use especially designed for modelling and miniature painting. 

Rich in high quality pigments, these colours will leave a fine homogenous layer of fast drying paint, respecting all details on the surface.
