Bolt Action For King & Country British Canadian Starter Army

Build a flexible British or Canadian force for Bolt Action with the For King & Country Starter Army. Designed for Bolt Action: Third Edition, this all-plastic starter army provides a fully legal force for mid to late Second World War games.

By the latter stages of the Second World War, the British Army had developed its combined arms approach into a highly effective fighting system, combining careful planning with substantial firepower. British forces included famous regiments such as the Guards, Black Watch and Yeomanry, while Canadian troops fought alongside them using British equipment while maintaining their own distinctive regimental traditions.

At the core of this starter army are 36 multipose British and Canadian infantry equipped with rifles, light machine guns, light mortars and PIATs. They form a flexible Rifle Platoon supported by Heavy Weapons Platoon teams, while a 6-pounder anti-tank gun provides additional firepower.

The Armoured Platoon includes a Cromwell cruiser tank and a Humber Mk II/IV armoured car, providing both mobile firepower and battlefield reconnaissance. The artillery and heavy weapon crews are interchangeable with the infantry, giving plenty of options when building the force.

The miniatures can be assembled and played straight from the box or extensively customised to create a force suited to different Bolt Action armies and playstyles.

The set includes both British and Canadian waterslide decals.
