Crimean War French Chasseurs D'Afrique Command

The Chasseurs d'Afrique were a key component of the small French cavalry contingent in the Crimean War, consisting of four regiments with eight squadrons each. They played a notable role in the Battle of Balaklava, providing mobility and shock action on the battlefield.
