This expansion introduces a new Elder One to Cthulhu: Death May Die. Players can choose the Black Goat of the Woods as their nemesis when setting up a scenario. The Elder One works primarily through summoning Dark Young, who gain buffs and bonuses from their Mythos cards. Investigators will face new horrors and challenges as they attempt to stop the cult’s ritual.
