Bell AH-1W SuperCobra Attack Helicopter - Italeri 1:72 Scale Helicopter

Build one of the most recognisable attack helicopters of the modern era with the Italeri Bell AH-1W SuperCobra Attack Helicopter. This 1:72 scale plastic model kit recreates the twin-engine helicopter that served extensively with the United States Marine Corps from the 1980s onwards.

Developed as an evolution of the original Bell Cobra, the AH-1W SuperCobra offered improved performance, increased firepower, and exceptional operational flexibility. Powered by two General Electric turboshaft engines, it was capable of speeds exceeding 280 km/h and was deployed in numerous military operations, including conflicts in the Gulf and Iraq. Operated by a pilot and weapons officer seated in tandem, the SuperCobra could be equipped with a variety of armaments including TOW anti-tank missiles, AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, and unguided rocket pods.

This model faithfully captures the distinctive appearance of the AH-1W and includes a new decal sheet with three marking options, allowing you to finish your model in a choice of authentic liveries.
