Battle of Malta Dual Aircraft Model Kit

The island of Malta, located in the heart of the Mediterranean, played a pivotal role during the Second World War. As early as June 1940, the skies above the island saw fierce aerial battles between the Regia Aeronautica’s Fiat CR.42 Falco fighters and the RAF’s Sea Gladiator Mk.II biplanes. This dual aircraft set recreates these historic adversaries, giving scale modelers the opportunity to build and display both legendary aircraft in 1:32 scale.

The Fiat CR.42 Falco was the last biplane fighter produced by Fiat, serving as Italy’s main frontline fighter in the early years of the war. The Gloster Sea Gladiator Mk.II was Britain’s last biplane fighter, famously deployed in the defense of Malta. Together, they represent one of the most iconic duels of early WWII aviation.
