With its flat surfaces and angular form the Abrams is highly recognisable and you can now have your very own in 1/48 scale. The M1A2 appeared in 1992 and in 2003 it saw its first action, in operations in Iraq.
This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit of the M1A2 Abrams of Length: 205mm, width: 77mm by Tamiya with hull and turret featuring realistic non slip surfaces and a hull weight to add a heavy feel. The tracks are assembly-type, with single-piece straight sections. You can choose whether to assemble the model with cupola hatch closed, or open to allow display of commander figure.
Provided unpainted and requires assembly. Paint, glue and tools not supplied.
