Fighting Fantasy The Gates of Death by Charlie Higson, this paperback book is part story and part game where you are the hero. A demonic plague is spreading fast and you must travel to the city with an antidote but there are dangers at every turn and with people being turned into monsters by the plague how will you know who to trust.
The Fighting Fantasy books are a choose your own adventure series in which you choose which way the story goes but be careful as danger is abound and the main character can perish so grab some dice and let the adventure begin.
Recommended for ages 11-12 but enjoyed by adults worldwide
