24 Hours of Hobby - No Sleep, Just Hobby

This weekend we are hobbying for 24 hours in aid of The Hinge Centre here in Bridlington, building, painting & playing BloodBowl - no sleep just hobby🥳 it is going to be fun and a great chance to hobby together as a community.

What is the event?
The East Yorkshire Blood Bowl League (EYBBL) and MLG are raising funds in our year long continued support of The Hinge Centre as part of the MLG 10 year anniversary! In 24 hours participants will use all their hobby skills, guile, and willpower to assemble and paint a team for Blood Bowl - a tabletop fantasy football game. The challenge will take place between Saturday 22nd August and finishes Sunday 23rd August 2026! The event starts at 10am on Saturday where you will take your chosen team box and then assemble and paint the team, and then play as many games (of either 11’s or 7’s) and mini-games as you can manage to squeeze into the 24 hours. There'll be no sleeping, just hobbying and Blood Bowl action!
All money raised is in aid of The Hinge Centre in Bridlington. The Hinge Centre provides vital support, friendship, and opportunities for people in the Bridlington community who need it most. For many, it’s a safe place to belong, to be supported, and to feel less alone.
Every donation—no matter how small—helps them support people, run activities, and create a welcoming space for those who rely on them.

76 festive hampers were provided at Christmas
