Matriarchs typically spawn two types of young: the large and brutal Butcher, or the smaller, lean but slightly malnourished Runt. On rare occasions however, the clan mother births a horrendous anomaly. This anomaly combines aspects of both forms of infant; it is misshapen and abnormal like the Runt, but bears the force and power of the Butcher. A notable case is the anomaly known simply as Jordy.
