The swept wing Sabre aircraft was produced under licence in many allied countries, including Canada where some 430 of this magnificent jet aircraft were manufactured, utilised by the RAF to great effectiveness as a stop gap until their own swept wing craft were developed, this stunning feat of engineering, though short lived was a tremendous asset during the post WWII era.
